Shipping policy

All orders are custom printed and require processing before shipment.

Processing time is typically 2–5 business days, depending on order volume and product complexity.

Orders will not ship on weekends or public holidays.


2. Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on destination:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Europe: 7–20 business days
  • Other regions: 10–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.


3. Custom Production Notice

All items are made-to-order. Production begins only after payment is confirmed and order details are finalized.

We do not offer expedited production unless explicitly stated on the product page.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update.


5. Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.


6. Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Peak season demand

However, we will do our best to assist you if delays occur.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
