Refund & Return Policy

Because our products are custom-printed digital sewing patterns and made-to-order physical prints, all sales are final once production has started.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled and fully refunded only if production has not yet begun. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect file submitted by the customer
• Incorrect size or design chosen by the customer
• Delays caused by shipping carriers

Quality Issues

If your order arrives with printing defects, damage, or incorrect items caused by us, we will offer:

• A free replacement, or
• A full refund

File Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring uploaded files are correct before purchase. We are not responsible for errors in customer-submitted files.
